                   A shot in the dark, maybe, but she’s seemed similar enough to her Kitty up until this point and it doesn’t hurt to TRY. it’s never been an option to just turn away and ignore Kitty when she’s like this, and although it’s not the same one she grew up with, it doesn’t change now.  ❛ When has someone being ‘really mean’ ever stopped you ? ❜ 

     There was an immediate attempt to drop the self-pity from her voice and face to make the conversation easier. But still with arms crossed and guilty look (she knew she was still being self doubting and even found it easier with two of her around) it was evident she was only moments away from puffing up her cheeks and pouting. “Those someones don’t usually write the Twilight Zone.” Another pause and a guilt-ridden shift on her feet. “But now that you mention it a lot of people are mean to me. I’ll add it to my pity party.”
